This documentary follows the stories of Iraqi refugees who fled to Syria after the overthrow of Sadaam Hussein. The moving interviews with Iraqi refugees show their struggle to gain asylum status in Syria or elsewhere and their daily life in Damascus. They also recount the violence they fled and the political and social turmoil they feel their country has suffered since the American invasion.
